Meditation and relaxation CDs by Sarah Lionheart

  1. Acceptance.  A guided meditation.  Track one: Settling: 15 mins.  Useful for settling before any meditation; for relaxing; for the end of a yoga session; for quiet time or for before any visualisation.Track Two:  A 40 minute guided visualisation enabling the listener to engage in practises that increase ones ability to accept oneself unconditionally and to feel warmth, kindness and love towards oneself.  Track Three: ten minute silence with gong at beginning and end - useful for timing ones own meditation practice.
  2. Mindfulness Meditation.   80 mins includes 4 Instructions and 5 Guided meditations.  Useful for those who have never done any meditation  and just want to get going and also really helpful for those who know what they are  doing in mindfulness meditation but  are finding it hard to practice.
  3. Chants for yoga classes and meditation practice:A number of chants in Sanskrit, Tibetan and English which I use regularly in my own practice and teaching.  This CD came out of numerous students requests for me to do it.


All CD's cost £12 plus post and packing.  Some of the proceeds of these CD's   will go to a new Dharma centre in the High Peak and to the charity ROKPA.
